Thank you for your interest in Brookfield Swim Club!   The following form is used as our Application for Membership.   Please complete this form and use the submit button to complete the application.   Your confirmation page will provide you with a page to print and submit with your applicable fees.  Upon acceptance of your application, you will receive your membership ID from the Brookfield Membership Director.  An application is accepted when there is an available membership available (Brookfield Swim Club only allows 375 memberships).   If your membership cannot be accepted, you may be given an opportunity to purchase a seasonal membership.  One seasonal membership is available for each full membership which is in "inactive" status for that pool season.   Seasonal members are given the first opportunity to convert a seasonal membership to a full membership.   Seasonal members do not pay the equity fee. (Note:  Seasonal memberships are only available if all full memberships have been purchased).  If our memberships are sold out and you choose not to convert to a seasonal membership, your full check will be refunded.  

The following fees will apply for a full membership:
Application fee: $100  
Equity payment: $300 Note: equity fee does not apply if full membership not available and seasonal membership approved instead
2008 Dues $435  
Total full membership fee: $835 Note:  Application and equity payments only apply once for new members
