I have read the BSC Rental Policy regarding the use of the Clubhouse and agree to abide by these regulations.

The security deposit is refundable provided the areas are returned to their pre-rental condition and there are no violations of Fairfax County law. A walk through inspection is required by the renter. At this time any discrepancies must be noted on the back of this form. The management agent will conduct a second inspection before and after the activity and at this time any damage will be noted.

I/We accept full responsibility of maintaining the condition of all property (building walls, carpeting, furniture, appliance etc.) as originally provided at the time of the pre¬vent inspection. In the event damages exceed the total dollar amount of the security deposit, I/We hereby agree to pay all reasonable cost, attorney’s fees, and expense that shall be incurred by the BSC if legal action is taken to enforce the term of the Agreement.

By signing this Contract, I agree that I am responsible for the conduct of Members and guests during the scheduled activity. I agree that I am responsible for any damage to the BSC building or its furnishings, occurring during the scheduled activity. I agree to indemnify, defend, and to hold harmless the BSC, the BSC Board of Directors, and the BSC Clubhouse Committee as to any claim, loss, injury or damage to person or property resulting from the use of the BSC building during the scheduled activity.
