New Member Information

Brookfield Swim Club is a family oriented pool without membership boundaries. Brookfield Swim Club is not an HOA pool. It is owned by the membership. Members come from various neighborhoods in Chantilly, Centreville, Fairfax, and Herndon. Brookfield Swim Club has a membership cap of 400 memberships and we have memberships available.

Brookfield Swim Club maintains an active family schedule of events.   There is a swim team which participates in A meets for advanced swimmers and B meets for those improving their swimming skills.  There are periodic social events as well as monthly parties of potluck dinners, desserts and fun and games.  

There are several membership classes - for Equity Members there are Individual, Couple and Family memberships. Please contact the membership director for more details.

Families interested in becoming new members, should contact the membership director or fill out an application. 

Equity memberships pay a one-time $100 application fee, seasonal dues and a $300 refundable equity payment, less any outstanding debts to the club. If you pay online, the price below includes the equity payment, application fee, 2010 seasonal dues and a 3% credit-card fee. If you pay by check, the fees are $100 application fee, $300 equity payment and 2010 seasonal dues which are $435 for family, $326 for couple and $163 for individual memberships. Seasonal dues are prorated after June 15. Contact the membership director at membership@brookfieldswimclub.org for details."

A non-equity membership only applies to a family membership and does not pay the $300 refundable equity fee or the application fee, but instead pays a higher annual fee. It is cheaper to be a non-equity member if you will utilize the facility for less than 3 years but is more expensive than an equity membership in the third year. The non-equity fees cannot be applied against the equity requirement if you choose to switch your membership.

Equity fees are pro-rated for 2010 in August. If you join after August 15, you pay for 2011 and receive the remainder of the 2010 season.

You can pay for your membership through the web using a credit card. Payments can also be made by mailing a check to Brookfield Swim Club P.O. Box 220067 Chantilly, VA 20153.
