Membership Self Service

This page allows members to make changes to their membership information. This includes changes to the e-mail account to receive club notifications as well as making changes to who is associated with your Brookfield Membership Account and your account status.

You will need your membership ID to make changes. Some changes will require confirmation from the membership director before the changes are made. These are noted in the connection notes. Other changes will take place immediately.

Remove e-mail Address
Click here to remove your e-mail address from the Brookfield Mail service. This will send a confirmation e-mail to the mail address you are removing. The address will be removed automatically when a reply is made to the e-mail address. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address to be removed, please send an e-mail to the membership director requesting the old e-mail address be removed.

Add e-mail Record
Click here to add an e-mail address to the Brookfield Mail service. This will send a confirmation e-mail to the mail address you are adding. The address will be added automatically when a reply is made to the e-mail address.

Update Membership Information (coming soon)
Click here to update your membership information. This will require interaction by the membership director to make these changes take effect

Confirm Membership Information (coming soon)
Click here to have your membership information e-mailed to your e-mail address of record. You cannot specify another mail address to receive this information, it will only be sent to the mail address on record. You may click here to confirm your e-mail address on record with the membership account.
